NOTE:  Because of editing & contact limitations with other vacation websites that are beyond our control, the rates posted at other vacation sites that list us may or may not have our approval or may not be current.  Always refer to this website for our current rates & policies.  Rates are subject to 12.42% state / accommodation tax * No security damage deposit required      Cleaning Fee:  Cottage $85  *  Studio $80
 
 
 

within 60 days of arrival date, there is NO refund...BUT, we offer a unique policy, will work with you upon your request to find new reservation dates (depending on availability) within 6 MONTHS from date of cancellation.  All payments made will credited to this new reservation date.  If there is no availability within 6 months of your date of cancellation, there is NO refund.

Once you have made your initial inquiry, you will receive an immediate reply within 24 hrs.  It is our policy to make every effort to contact you as soon as possible from the time of your initial inquiry, as well as each correspondence thereafter within 24 hrs.

If dates of inquiry are available, we will await date confirmation from you before beginning the easy booking process of securing reservations for your wonderful getaway!  Mahalo

An email confirmation will be sent immediately upon receipt of payment, which you may print for your records.
Reservations are confirmed and secured only upon receipt of payment.
At this time, we are accepting payment by personal check, bank cashier check, traveler checks or money order.             

To afford guest ultimate privacy...there is no house keeping services throughout a stay.  Cottage is equiped with light cleaning items, which guest may use at their choosing.

It is recommended that you book Molokai arrival / departure flights to accommodate CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME.  Early check-in or late check-out may apply provided that no one else is due to arrive or depart the same day.  

****SPECIAL NOTE****Because of the many inquiries we receive, respectfully, we must give preference on a first come first serve basis.  Once you notify us of your confirmation to reserve and intent to send a payment to secure, a courtesy hold of 7 days will be applied to your dates to allow some time for your payment to be received.   The receipt of payment secures your reservation.

Once you have viewed our rates and policy, at your request, a total cost summary may be issued for your review. To continue the booking process, simply return with your confirmation of arrival / departure dates. A courtesy 7 day hold will then apply to give you ample time to finalize other travel arrangements and send in a payment to secure.

PAYMENT POLICY

A "deposit or payment in full " within 7 days of confirmation booking.  Payment in full is required for reservations within 60 days of arrival.  Payment in full for stays of 7 nights or less.  8 nights or more, one-half of the total cost to secure, the balance due anytime prior to 60 days of arrival date or payment in full. 

A full refund will be issued for reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date.  Cancellation
